86 DMMS ISO 3196:1975 – Sodium hydroxide for industrial use – Determination of carbonates content -Titrimetric method This International Standard specifies a titrimetric method for the determination of the carbonates content of sodium hydroxide for industrial use.
The method is applicable to products having carbonates contents, expressed as CO2, greater than 0.01% (m/m):
Three cases, selected by a preliminary test, are envisaged:
1. Sodium hydroxide containing neither sulphides nor chlorates.
2. Sodium hydroxide containing sulphides.
3. Sodium hydroxide containing chlorates.

85 DMMS ISO 5993:1979 – Sodium hydroxide for industrial use – Determination of mercury content – Flameless atomic absorption spectrometric method This international Standard specifies a flameless atomic absorption spectrometric method for the determination of the mercury content of sodium hydroxide for industrial use.
The method is applicable to liquid or solid products having mercury (Hg) contents greater than 0.02 mg/kg.
Note
The alternative dithizone photometric method for the determination of the mercury content, specifies in ISO 5992, is intended for use in laboratories where flameless atomic absorption equipment is not available.

65 DMMS ISO 5667-7:1993 (E) Water quality – sampling, part -7 : Guidance on sampling of water and steam in boiler plants This part of ISO 5667 recommends procedures and equipment for sampling water and steam in boiler plants including examples of sampling apparatus, to provide samples for physical and chemical analysis that are representative of the main body of water or steam from which they are taken.
The procedures for sampling water apply to
• — raw water;
• — make-up water;
• — boiler feed water;
• — condensate;
• — boiler water;
• — cooling water.
The procedures for sampling steam cover both saturated and superheated steam.
This part of ISO 5667 does not apply to the sampling of water and steam in nuclear power plants.

63 DMMS ISO 4126-7:2013 (E) Safety devices for protection against excessive pressure, part – 7 : common data This part of ISO 4126 specifies requirements for safety valves. It contains information which is common to ISO 4126-1 to ISO 4126-6 to avoid unnecessary repetition. For flashing liquids or two-phase mixtures, see ISO 4126-10. The user is cautioned that it is not recommended to use the ideal gas formula presented in 6.3 when the relieving temperature is greater than 90 % of the thermodynamic critical temperature and the relieving pressure is greater than 50 % of the thermodynamic critical pressure. It is applicable to safety valves having a flow diameter of 4 mm and above which are for use at set pressures of 0,1 bar gauge and above. No limitation is placed on temperature.
